Jarmel A. Bell, M.S.E., is the founder of Bell’s Education and I am Me: know who you are, which is a program that focuses on social and emotional learning. Mr. Bell has a passion and commitment to the development of people, which is why he has made a career of studying and teaching the importance of communication and moral standing. Mr. Bell understands that a society that cannot communicate is a misunderstood society. This is the very reason “I am Me” was born. It is Mr. Bell’s philosophy that introducing social and emotional learning as a shared responsibility of parents, teachers, and members of the community, will lead to positive character development at a young age.

He is an alumnus of Arkansas State University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Education, with an emphasis in Mathematics, and a Master’s degree in Theory and Practice of Education. Mr. Bell’s career includes Director of Violence Prevention for the Department of Defense at Luke, Air Force Base, Behavior Specialist at Lewisville School District, TX, Director of Education for Juveniles in Poinsett County, AR and Denton County, TX, instructor at Arkansas State University in the teacher education department.

He certifications include: EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence), MBTI-MyersBriggs Personality Assessment, Anger Management Specialist and Anti-Bullying Specialist, which allows him to teach others about understanding and controlling their emotions. He has also written two books: I am Me – know who you are, and Ascension.

Jeremy Bell, CEO/Director of Bell’s Education/The Quote?Inc.(non-profit organization) works rigorously with board management and developments, fundraising, program management, development and expansion, staff and operations management.
He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Physical Education and Health from Williams Baptist College. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work (Mental Health Illness) from Simmons College.

Jeremy has worked with Life Strategies Counseling, Inc. in Jonesboro, Arkansas where he takes great pride in servicing clients with cognitive, social, emotional, or age-related needs to help improve their independent functioning.

Director of Learning and Innovation Dr. Jason ‘JW’ W. Womack is an assistant professor of leadership studies, published author, and TEDx speaker. He coaches leaders to practice self-reflection skills and foster high performance work cultures. 

He earned his doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of Southern California. JW continues to research and write about reflective practice. He is widely recognized as an expert on the practical role leaders have in creating a culture of belonging and connection. His work helps leaders become more aware of their impact on the people they lead.

JW is a Nationally Board-Certified Coach (BCC), and has written three books: The Promise Doctrine, Get Momentum, and Your Best Just Got Better

Dr. Jason ‘JW’ W. Womack

Director of Workplace Safety and Emergency Management Planning Russell Jones has a B.S. in Education, M.S. in Emergency Management and Homeland Security Administration, and an E.D.S. in Educational Leadership. His career service includes 28 years in public education, 21 years as an Arkansas Sheriff Deputy, and extensive training and certifications in FEMA, Cyber Law, and White-Collar Crime. Mr. Jones is a certified instructor of First Aid CPR/AED.

Russell Jones is also the CEO and Founder of RMJ Management. RMJ Management was established in 2014. The company specializes in crisis and emergency management with a focus on crisis management, self-defense, executive protection, and First Aid CPR/ AED training.
